Commissions

You can find more info about commissions below. Please, make sure to read everything carefully before commissioning me! Commissioning me means agreeing to my Terms of Service.

Terms of service

General

The commission is a digital product. You will not receive a physical copy.

I, the artist, have the right to decline any commission request. I do not need to provide any explanation.
*
I will not draw NSFW (artistic nudity is ok), mecha (some mechanical elements, if I do not find them too difficult to draw, are ok), cars, machines, etc.
*
I can draw animals but mostly as an addition to the drawing and not too many of them.
*
If there is a situation (I hope not) in which you, the client, decide to make any disagreements public, I reserve the right to publicly share messages and emails I, the artist, and the client exchanged.

Copyrights

PERSONAL NON-COMMERCIAL COMMISSIONS ONLY!!

I, the artist, claim the rights and credits to the artwork!

If you commission me to draw your OC etc. I do not claim rights and credits to the character but to the artwork itself.

My artworks are for personal non-commercial use only and they must not be used for commercial purposes, advertisements, reselling, NFT, AI, etc.

I do not sell copyrights to my artwork.
*
I have the right to post finished commissions, WIPs, etc. on my social media platforms and use them in my portfolio. If you do not want me to post your commission for a reason, let me know immediately!

Pyment and refunds

100% price should be paid upfront. However, there is an option where the client can pay 50% price before I start drawing and the rest after I finish the sketch (and after you approve it, of course).

The prices listed in Types and Prices section are sample prices and the official price will be discussed further individually with the client via email or DMs to avoid misunderstandings and ambiguities.

The more details and elements the artwork has, the higher the price.

Second character - full payment
*
Big edits after finished and approved sketch may (and most likely will) increase the price.

I will be sending you WIPs and ask questions if anything is unclear to me throughout the process. You must answer within a week. Otherwise, I will not continue working on the commission! I will retain the received payment.

I do not give refunds after finished and approved sketch.
*
You can get a full refund if I, the artist, do not meet the deadline and do not contact you beforehand about the deadline change or if I cancel the commission for personal reasons.

It does not apply to a situation where I contact you about a deadline change but you do not respond.

Deadlines

I will discuss each deadline individually with the client. However, drawing process should take approximately from 2 weeks to 2 months.

Commissions will be started in order of reservation. I will message or email you when it is your turn.

If, for any reasons, I can not meet the deadline we agreed on, I will let you know. I will message you on social media or send you an email to arrange a new deadline. I hope it will never be necessary but life is unpredictable, so who knows what can happen?

If you need the commission on a specific date (e.g. as a gift), let me know immediately!

PORTRAIT

70€ - plain background, not many details; halo, single flower ok
75€ - 80€ - simple background, more details (e.g. simple leaves or shapes)
80€+ - complex background, many details (e.g. many flowers, an animal)

BUST

80€ - plain background, not many details; halo, single flower ok
90€ - 100€ - simple background, more details (e.g. simple leaves or shapes)
100€ + - complex background, many details (e.g. many flowers, an animal)

HALF BODY

Second character - full payment

Process

To commission me, you have to email or DM me (DMs are preferred but mails are ok, too if it's more comfortable for you).

After reaching out to me, we will discuss details of the commission. You can ask me to explain or clarify anything you are not sure about c:

Give as much info about the commission as you can.
- Provide high quality references (pose, outfit, hairstyle, color palette, etc. The more, the better!)
- Tell me something (a lot) about the character.
- What kind of atmosphere/mood should the artwork have?
- Is there any specific canvas size you would prefer?
As I said already - the more info, the better!

After everything has been agreed upon, and once it is your turn, I will send you a PayPal invoice. You should pay 100% price upfront. There is, however, an option where you can pay 50% of the price before I start drawing and the rest of the price after I finish the sketch (and after you approve it, of course c;).

I will be sending you WIPs to review and approve throughout the process. If there is anything you do not like or would like me to change, tell me. It is your commission, so I want it to be as good as possible c: I will not edit the drawing after it is finished and approved!

Major edits are ok throughout the sketching process. After finishing the sketch (and after you approve it) small changes are ok. Bigger changes and edits may (and most likely will) increase the price.

Make sure to read my messages/mails. If you do not answer within a week, I will not continue working on the commission and I will retain the received payment.

Once the drawing is fully finished and approved by you, I will send you high resolution JPG and PNG files with the commission via email.

After that, we are both very happy! :D
